• I want to list my "for sale" items on the Knife Network™ Classified Listing System. How do I get started?
  
  Placing available knives and supplies within our classified listing area is open to all visitors of the Knife Network™. Whether you are a one-time seller, or a volume dealer/supplier, you are welcome to use our listing system to display and sell your available knives and knife related items. Listing your items on our system requires no hosting account or e-mail address, as we provide these for our selling members. • I found an item in the classified listings that I would like to buy, how can I be assured that I will receive what I order from the seller?
  
  We require that all sellers on this system maintain a positive feedback from our buying members in order to sell on our system. To ensure this, we have provided a special forum board which is designed for our users to submit their feedback on their personal experiences in dealing with our selling members. All feedback, both good and bad, will be viewable by the visitors to our site. Additionally, we provide a reporting feature above each listing that allows our visitors to report mis-advertisment or other relevant information about listed ads posted on this system. We do this to help the members and administrators of the Knife Network™ to "self-police" the available inventory. Because of the number of listed items we maintain on this system, we will not be held responsible for mistakes or oversights, however all efforts will be made to insure that qualified sellers are allowed to use this system and all incidents of misrepresentation will result in account termination, unless an honest mistake was made. Failure to ship purchased items, or failure to document shipments and provide this documentation, in the event of mail system failure, will also result in listing account termination.

• I've posted a listing in the member inventory, how will I be notified if a buyer is interested in it?
  
  Our software was developed to help buyers and sellers communicate directly on individual listings posted within our member inventory. When a person visiting this site is interested in a listed knife or item, they will be provided a link within each ad that will open a special private communication form. Once filled out, this form will be sent to the seller via e-mail with the item information and the buyers contact data and comment(s) attached. From this point, the seller can call or e-mail a reply to the buyer and discuss the item or coordinate the shipping and other transaction needs. This is a completely "private" communication between the two parties and "none" of this correspondence information will be seen by the general visiting public. Member/Seller e-mail addresses are not available for public view. On a special need basis, we will also provide the selling member with a private e-mail account on this system for use with Knife Network™ Webmail, making transacting on our system professional, powerful and convenient. These e-mail accounts are "private use only" and are available "only" with yearly selling memberships. No "off-network" e-mail address is required to sell on our system, unless this is preferred, or if the member account is short term.

• I have items that I would like to offer on your site, but I do not want to join the listing system membership, what are my options?
  .
  Depending on the item, many of our listing members offer consignment services and can assist you in placing your item for sale on our system. Please contact the KNet Administrator for a list of members to contact if you need assistance in this regard. Contact Admin Here

• I would like to sell some of my items on your site, but I don't have a digital camera, can you help?
  .
  Yes we can. We provide a full range of photographic services at very cost effective rates. We also have a group of other photographers within our system that assist us with this service. Depending on whether you need prints, magazine submissions and/or simple digital images for posting within your KnifeNetwork™ classified listings, we will determine which resource is best for your needs.
